O’Gara Junior To Follow In Father’s Footsteps?
Following the news that rugby ace Ronan O’Gara and his wife welcomed two new additions to their family over the weekend Paddy Power have chalked up some odds on the chances of the O’Gara twins following in their famous father’s footsteps.
It’s 100/1 that Ronan O’Gara’s son goes on to play for Ireland while it’s just 40/1 he plays for Munster in a Heineken Cup match at some point in his life. Even Ronan’s new daughter has been given generous odds of 100/1 to play International Ladies rugby some day.
With Munster amongst the teams tipped to win this year’s Heineken Cup Paddy Power are offering 12/1 that Munster will go on to retain the title and that Ronan’s little nippers will be pictured in the cup!
The twins names may already have been chosen but Paddy Power couldn’t resist offering 40/1 that Ronan names his son Gary or Owen, a few quid on that could give the bookies a good kicking!
Paddy Power said, “I wonder will it be a case of like father, like son? I’m having a few quid on out half being his position, surely junior will want to follow in his dad’s famous footsteps!”O’Gara Twin Peak Specials
