Student actor Michael Coughlan remains the bookies favourite to win Total Xposure but only just, as the lion’s share of betting in week one of the new TV3 reality show was split between FM104 movie critic Sean Munsanjw and Assets stunner Ruth O’Neill.

Celebrity betting experts Paddy Power have cut the odds on Munsanjw winning from 6/1 to 4/1 and on Ruth O’Neill from 5/1 to 7/2. This now levels the playing field and makes for a very open competition with five of the contestants now less than 5/1 in the betting.

22-year old Michael Coughlan, the son of legendary Irish athlete Eamon Coughlan, was installed as Paddy Power’s favourite to land the presenting gig earlier this week but he has drifted slightly in their betting from 3/1 to 10/3.

Ken Robertson from Paddy Power said “Punters definitely believe that Ruth O’Neill is the value bet and at her current odds of 7/2 they could be right but will the predominantly female Xpose audience really want yet another Assets girl on the telly?”
