Sky Bet are offering a wide range of additional special markets on the weekend’s Premier League action.

Another Penalty Palaver?

Referee Rob Styles this week apologised to Bolton after awarding a dubious penalty against them last Saturday. Sky Bet quote 25/1 for a repeat incident this week, with Styles awarding Tottenham or Hull a controversial penalty and then going on to make an apology for the gaffe. It’s 13/2 for video technology to be introduced into the Premier League next season. Manchester United benefited from Style’s misjudgement last weekend and Sky Bet make the Red Devils 8/5 joint favourites to be the ‘Big Four’ team awarded most penalties in the league this season. After not conceding a single penalty at home in the league last season, United are 5/6 to do so this term.

Big Four To Be Top Four?

Manchester United currently lie 11th in the table but Sky Bet quote 1/2 for the ‘Big Four’ (Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool) still to be the top four at season-end (6/4 not to be top four).

Player Specials- Double century for Gerrard and when will Berbatov find the net?

Steven Gerrard notched his 100th goal for Liverpool in midweek and Sky Bet quote 1/3 for him to bag 150 or more club goals and 7/1 for 200 or more. Team mate Robbie Keane opened his account for Liverpool in the Champions league on Wednesday and is 5/4 with Sky Bet to score over 10.5 league goals this season. Robinho, who has notched two league goals for Man City so far, is quoted at 5/6 to score over 10.5 this season and is 6/4 to outscore Manchester United’s Dimitar Berbatov. The Bulgarian hasn’t yet found the net in the league for the Red Devils and Sky Bet make him 5/4 to open his account on Saturday, 7/4 to hit his first league goal against West Brom on October 18 and 8/1 that he doesn’t find the net until Nov 1 when United entertain Hull.

Owen off In January?

With Michael Owen out of contract in the summer and Newcastle United still in crisis, Sky Bet make him 5/4 still to be a United player following the January transfer window (4/7 to have left Newcastle by January transfer deadline).Sky Bet are also offering odds on the Toon skipper’s next club, and make Manchester City, 5/2 favourite. Joe Kinnear takes charge of the Magpies for the first time against Everton this weekend but it’s 4/1 for him to get his first win on Sunday. Sky Bet quote 2/1 for Kinnear to pick up his first three points with Newcastle when Man City visit on October 20 and it’s 7/2 for the Magpies not to record a single win in October and 50/1 for them to win all four matches.

Chelsea Go Unbeaten all season?

Table topping Chelsea are 14/1 to be invincible in the Premier League this season and the Blues, who are unbeaten in 85 matches at Stamford Bridge, are 13/8 to remain undefeated at home all season.
